Celtic FC completed a memorable domestic double after defeating Dunfermline Athletic 3-1 to win the Scottish Cup in front of their supporters.
The victory secured Celtic’s 43rd Scottish Cup title and capped another successful campaign after already lifting the Scottish Premiership trophy earlier in the season.
Manager Martin O’Neill guided Celtic to both major domestic honours as the club finished the 2025-26 season on a high.
Celtic supporters celebrated wildly at full time as players lifted both the Premiership trophy and the Scottish Cup during the post match ceremony.
The club described the campaign as one built on resilience after recovering strongly from difficult moments earlier in the season.
“We did the double,” Celtic posted across social media after the final whistle, as celebrations continued among players and fans.
The latest triumph further strengthened Celtic’s dominance in Scottish football, with the club once again ending the season as champions and cup winners.
For O’Neill and his squad, the double marked another major chapter in the club’s decorated history, while supporters celebrated a campaign that finished with silverware on multiple fronts.
